On September 1st and 2nd, the District Party Secretary, Gao Fei, led a delegation to Chengde in Hebei Province and Beijing for a series of investment promotion activities, focusing on precise matchmaking and negotiations in key industries such as cultural tourism, wellness, and the low-altitude economy. During the first day of the visit in Chengde, Hebei Province, Gao Fei and his team engaged in in-depth discussions with leaders of the Jindali Group regarding cooperation in the cultural tourism and wellness sector. The talks covered details of project planning, construction, operational models, and the cultivation of cultural tourism business formats. Gao Fei noted that the Shuangta District is home to key enterprises in the sector, such as the Longteng Hot Spring Resort, and is currently accelerating the development of high-quality hot spring wellness facilities and boutique courtyard lodging projects. On the second day in Beijing, Gao Fei's delegation held a symposium with entrepreneurs, including General Manager of Yitong Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Systems Co., Ltd., Jin Ge; Chairman of Ningbo Dizi Linghang Technology Co., Ltd., Yuan Xiangqian; and General Manager of Yantai Zhongheng Zhikong Aviation Co., Ltd., Song Shujie. The discussions centered on introducing low-altitude economy projects and expanding application scenarios. Gao Fei stated that Shuangta District is seizing the policy opportunities in the low-altitude economy, leveraging its geographical location and resource conditions to cultivate this sector as a crucial driver of new quality productive forces. He emphasized the continuous reinforcement of the industrial foundation, noting that a preliminary industrial ecosystem for the low-altitude economy is taking shape in the district.

During the talks, Gao Fei highlighted the district's convenient transportation, solid industrial base, and close proximity to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, which ensures efficient commuting and connectivity. He stressed that Shuangta is leveraging its advantages in equipment manufacturing and industrial support to accelerate the development of emerging industries like the low-altitude economy. The focus is on making breakthroughs in flight services, drone manufacturing, and expanding low-altitude application scenarios. He welcomed the enterprises to bring their advanced technology, quality projects, and mature operational models to Shuangta, jointly exploring diverse application scenarios in the low-altitude field. He emphasized that the district will implement targeted services for each enterprise, continuously optimize the business environment, and strengthen guarantees in land, finance, and talent.
