Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited announced that the shares of Global Mastermind Holdings Limited (Global M HLDG, 08063) will be delisted from the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited at 9:00 a.m. on 16 March 2026.

The Exchange acted under GEM Rule 9.14A(1) after trading in the company’s shares had been suspended since 19 February 2025. According to the rule, a listed issuer is subject to delisting if trading has not resumed within 12 months; Global M HLDG failed to satisfy the resumption guidance and did not resume trading by the 18 February 2026 deadline.

On 27 February 2026, the GEM Listing Committee resolved to cancel the listing. The Exchange has instructed the company to issue a formal announcement regarding the delisting and recommends that shareholders seek independent professional advice on the implications of the cancellation.

The delisting will become effective at 9:00 a.m. on 16 March 2026.
