On February 14, the Xiamen Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration approved the change in equity for Xiamen JMC Consumer Finance Co., Ltd. The approval grants CTBC Bank Co., Ltd. the acquisition of a 16% stake in JMC previously held by Gome Holdings Group Co., Ltd. Simultaneously, Xiamen Jinyuan Jinkong Co., Ltd. is approved to acquire the remaining 17% stake from Gome Holdings.

Following the transaction, CTBC Bank's total investment amounts to 250 million yuan, representing a 50% ownership share. Similarly, Xiamen Jinyuan Jinkong Co., Ltd. has invested 250 million yuan, also securing a 50% stake in the consumer finance company.
