JIANGXI BANK (01916) announced that Mr. Shu Quan submitted his resignation letter to the bank's board of directors on August 29, 2025, requesting not to serve as a non-executive director of the bank's fourth board of directors due to work unit adjustments.

Accordingly, the bank will not apply to the National Financial Regulatory Administration Jiangxi Bureau for approval of Mr. Shu Quan's qualification to serve as a director of the bank, and Mr. Shu Quan will not serve as a non-executive director of the bank.
