GENFLEET-B (02595) rose more than 6% in late trading. As of the time of writing, the stock was up 6.26%, trading at HK$34.28 with a turnover of HK$44.4851 million. The catalyst for the move was the company's announcement that clinical research findings for two of its investigational new drugs will be presented at the 2026 ASCO Annual Meeting. Specifically, data from the study of GFH375 monotherapy for KRAS G12D-mutated cholangiocarcinoma and colorectal cancer has been selected for an oral presentation. This research will mark the first time industry-specific clinical data on RAS inhibitor treatment for cholangiocarcinoma is released and will showcase the preliminary efficacy of GFH375 in treating these cancers. Additionally, clinical data for GFS202A, described as the world's first bispecific antibody for cachexia, will be presented for the first time in a poster session at the ASCO meeting. It is also noteworthy that on May 25th, the official website of the Drug Clinical Trial Registration and Information Disclosure Platform showed that GENFLEET has registered a Phase III clinical study. This randomized, controlled, open-label, multi-center trial will evaluate GFH375 compared to docetaxel in participants with locally advanced unresectable or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer harboring a KRAS G12D mutation who have failed prior standard therapies.
