At the routine press conference on October 13, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian addressed questions regarding the Dutch government's planned restrictive measures against Nexperia semiconductor, a subsidiary of Wingtech Technology Co.,Ltd.

When asked about China's comment on the Netherlands' intention to impose restrictions on Nexperia, Lin Jian responded that for specific details on this matter, inquiries should be directed to the relevant Chinese authorities.

Lin Jian emphasized that China has consistently opposed the generalization of "national security" concepts and discriminatory practices targeting enterprises from specific countries. He stated that relevant countries should genuinely adhere to market principles and avoid politicizing economic and trade issues. China's determination to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests remains unwavering.
