Fujian Holdings Limited announced on 28 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report, together with a circular containing the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the proxy form, is now available on both the company’s website (www.fujianholdings.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The AGM is slated for 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 28 May 2026 at SOHO 1, 6/F, IBIS Hong Kong Central & Sheung Wan Hotel, 28 Des Voeux Road West, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

Shareholders and investors are encouraged to access the electronic versions of the documents.
