Netgear shares surged 16.1% in overnight trading. This surge followed a report by Reuters revealing that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has decided to prohibit the importation of all new foreign-made consumer routers.

Apollo Global Management shares dropped 3.4% in overnight trading. Apollo Global's $25 billion private credit fund, Apollo Debt Solutions (ADS), said on Monday it was curbing redemptions at 5% of its shares after investors sought to withdraw approximately 11.2% of the total.

Gold, silver stocks and ETFs gained in overnight trading. Acute volatility in gold prices is set to persist in the short term as investors cut risk, ‌with the Iran war boosting inflation fears, curbing bets on interest rate cuts, and weighing on the outlook for global growth, analysts said.

ProShares Ultra Silver fell 6%; iShares Silver Trust, First Majestic Silver, Pan American Silver, Hycroft Mining, Gold Fields, Newmont Mining, and ProShares Ultra Gold fell 3%; Anglogold Ashanti, Fortuna Silver Mines, Agnico Eagle Mines, Coeur Mining, Barrick Mining, and Hecla Mining fell 2%.
