Country Garden Holdings Company Limited (Country Garden) has released unaudited operating figures for June 2026.

The group, together with its joint ventures and associates, recorded contracted sales attributable to shareholders of approximately RMB 2.45 billion for the month. Corresponding contracted sales gross floor area reached around 0.30 million square meters.

Management noted that the data are preliminary, compiled from internal information, and may be adjusted in the company’s forthcoming audited or interim financial statements. The board advised investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.

The announcement was issued on 2 July 2026 from Foshan, Guangdong Province, and signed by President and Executive Director Cheng Guangyu on behalf of the board.
