China Automotive Interior Decoration Holdings Limited (abbreviated as “C Auto Int Deco”) announced on 30 April 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report have been published on both the corporate website (www.hklistco.com/48) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company recommends shareholders review the digital version but offers a complimentary printed copy upon request. Non-registered shareholders who cannot access the electronic report can complete the accompanying request form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests may also be submitted via email to 48-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically should provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries. Until such information is supplied, publication notices will be dispatched in hard-copy form only.

The request to receive printed materials will remain effective for future corporate communications until written notice is given to the share registrar or until 30 April 2027, whichever is earlier.
