China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Limited (abbreviated as CHINARES PHARMA) announced that its board of directors will meet on 24 August 2026. The session will focus on two main agenda items:

1. Reviewing and approving the unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, along with authorising their publication.

2. Considering the declaration of an interim dividend for the period under review.

The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Bai Xiaosong, who also serves as the company’s Chairman and executive director. The announcement was issued from the People’s Republic of China on 12 August 2026.
