JINKE SERVICES (09666) issued an announcement regarding the transfer of 35 million shares of the company beneficially owned by Jinke Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. (Jinke Real Estate) to third parties on December 26, 2023, following the execution of judicial judgment against Jinke Real Estate.

The company noted that an additional 32.68 million shares and 22 million shares held by Jinke Real Estate (representing approximately 5.47% and 3.68% of the company's total issued share capital as of the announcement date, respectively) were publicly auctioned by Jinke Real Estate's administrator under the supervision of Chongqing No. 5 Intermediate People's Court. The transfer of these shares to Beijing Oriental Yuhong Waterproof Technology Co.,Ltd. and Chongqing Zhongxun Jintong Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. was completed on June 25, 2025.

The company further noted that according to the equity disclosure document made by Beijing Oriental Yuhong Waterproof Technology Co.,Ltd. on August 12, 2025, and the Rule 22 securities trading disclosure document made by Beijing Oriental Yuhong Waterproof Technology Co.,Ltd. on August 13, 2025, as of August 13, 2025, Beijing Oriental Yuhong Waterproof Technology Co.,Ltd. only holds interest in 28.4312 million shares, representing approximately 4.76% of the company's total issued share capital as of the announcement date.

Both Beijing Oriental Yuhong Waterproof Technology Co.,Ltd. and Chongqing Zhongxun Jintong Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. are independent from the offeror and are not acting in concert with the offeror.
