(Lepu Medical, listed on the ChiNext board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange under stock code: 300003), that Lepu Medical sold a total of 11.14 million H shares of the company through block trading on August 26, 2025, at a price of HK$22.79 per share, representing approximately 3.21% of the company's total issued shares as of the announcement date (the Disposal).

Following the Disposal, Lepu Medical will continue to hold 268.86 million shares, comprising 266.06 million shares held directly by Lepu Medical and 2.8 million shares held by its subsidiary Beijing Tiandi Hexie Technology Co., Ltd., accounting for approximately 77.54% of the company's issued share capital as of the announcement date, demonstrating its firm confidence in the company.

Lepu Medical remains confident in the Group's business operations, and the Disposal is intended to enhance the liquidity of the company's shares.
