TOP GLOVE CORPORATION BHD (TOPGLOV) said Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) acquired 6.37 million ordinary shares in the company on May, 11 2026 through open-market purchases executed by its fund manager.

Following the transaction, KWAP’s direct interest stands at 442.70 million shares, or 5.521 % of the glove maker’s issued capital, while its indirect interest totals 73.68 million shares, or 0.919 %. Combined, KWAP now controls 516.38 million TOP Glove shares.

The pension fund disclosed the change in a notice received by the company on May, 12 2026.
