All materials, in both English and Chinese, are accessible under the “Investor Relations” section of the company’s website (www.wyth.net) and on the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders whose holdings are maintained via CCASS (non-registered shareholders) are encouraged to provide valid email addresses through their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians or nominees—to receive electronic notifications. Absent an email or postal address on record, no notice of future document publication will be dispatched.

Printed copies of the Annual Report or Circular can be requested free of charge by completing and returning the designated request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by email to 897-ecom@vistra.com.
