Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (BUOU) announced that it entered into an eighth supplemental deed on Jan, 26 2026 with its trustee, Perpetual (Asia) Limited, to amend its trust deed in accordance with changes approved by unitholders at the annual general meeting held the same day.

The amendments cover the timing of the manager’s election to receive base and performance fees in cash or units and revise the formula for determining the market price of units issued as fee payment. The changes will take effect one month from the announcement date.

The supplemental deed is available for inspection at the manager’s registered office for as long as the trust remains in existence.
