JOINN (06127) has announced a change in its corporate secretarial role. Due to personal work arrangements, Ms. Zhang Jialun has resigned from her position as the company's joint company secretary. Her resignation is effective from July 17, 2026. Concurrently, she will cease to serve as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. She will also no longer act as the company's authorized representative in Hong Kong for receiving legal documents and notices, as required under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Following Ms. Zhang's resignation, the board of directors has announced the appointment of Ms. Li Jingying as the company's joint company secretary. This appointment also takes effect from July 17, 2026.
