CMGE has announced that all conditions under the first, second, and third subscription agreements have been fulfilled. The subscription process was completed on April 28, 2026, in accordance with the terms of each agreement. Following the completion, the company has issued a total of 123 million subscription shares to the subscribers at a price of HK$0.244 per share. The newly issued subscription shares represent approximately 3.93% of the company's enlarged issued share capital after the allocation.
