CIFI HOLD GP (00884) announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The group recorded revenue of RMB 12.281 billion, gross profit of RMB 983 million, net loss attributable to shareholders of RMB 6.358 billion, and loss per share of RMB 0.61.

The group, including its joint ventures and associates, completed delivery of approximately 15,000 property units in the first half of 2025. From 2022 to the first half of 2025, the company has cumulatively delivered over 285,000 units.

Investment property rental and other related services generated income of approximately RMB 786 million. Property management and other services income reached approximately RMB 3.375 billion, maintaining continued growth.

The company's total outstanding debt decreased by approximately RMB 4.4 billion compared to the same period last year. Net cash from operating activities continued to remain positive.
