BAO PHARMA-B (02659) has announced the results of its board re-election. Dr. Liu Yanjun, Ms. Wang Zheng, and Ms. Li Cui have been re-elected as executive directors for the second-term board. Ms. Lin Jialing, Mr. Diao Junhuan, and Mr. Li Chen have been re-elected as non-executive directors. Additionally, Mr. Cai Zhongxi, Dr. Zeng Fanyi, Dr. Ju Dianwen, and Mr. Zhang Senquan have been re-elected as independent non-executive directors.

Following the Annual General Meeting, at the first meeting of the second-term board, Dr. Liu Yanjun was appointed as Chairman of the Board. His term as Chairman will commence on May 26, 2026, and will last for three years, concluding with the end of the second-term board's tenure.

Separately, Mr. Sun Yuhua was elected as an employee representative director at the company's staff congress held on May 26, 2026. Mr. Sun currently serves as the company's Deputy General Manager.

With the board's re-election at the AGM, the tenure of the first-term board has concluded. Consequently, Mr. Tan Jingwei, an executive director of the first-term board, has stepped down from his role as executive director and from the board entirely, effective May 26, 2026, to dedicate more time to personal matters.
