Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited today released an updated list of its directors and their respective roles.

The board now comprises Executive Directors Mr. Huo Dongling (Chairman), Mr. Zhang Yuejun (Vice-Chairman), Ms. Huo Xinru (President), Mr. Zhang Feihu (Chief Financial Officer) and Ms. Ye Ka (Chief Marketing Officer); Non-Executive Director Mr. Yi Lei; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Ms. Ng Yi Kum, Mr. Zhang Zhiqiang and Dr. Chan Qiye.

Four board committees have been formed. The Audit Committee is chaired by Ms. Ng Yi Kum with Mr. Zhang Zhiqiang and Dr. Chan Qiye as members. The Nomination Committee is led by Dr. Chan Qiye, joined by Ms. Ng Yi Kum and Mr. Zhang Zhiqiang. The Remuneration Committee is chaired by Mr. Zhang Zhiqiang with Ms. Ng Yi Kum and Dr. Chan Qiye as members. The Executive Committee is chaired by Ms. Huo Xinru and includes Mr. Zhang Feihu; senior management members Mr. Sun Shanqiu, Ms. Li Yuwen, Mr. Xiang Wei and Mr. Li Xuefeng also sit on this committee.
