TI CLOUD FY2025: Profit Surges 78.9% on AI-Driven Revenue; Final Dividend HK$0.10 Proposed

TI CLOUD (02167) released audited results for the year ended 31 December 2025, marking a pivotal shift to an “AI-first” strategy that materially boosted earnings.

Revenue and Earnings • 2025 revenue rose 8.6% year on year to RMB 549.69 million, supported by accelerating demand for AI-enabled offerings. • Net profit climbed 78.9% to RMB 60.82 million, outpacing revenue growth on improved product mix and operating efficiency. • Gross profit increased 5.6% to RMB 277.17 million; gross margin eased to 50.4% (2024: 51.8%) as AI rollout costs ramped up.

Business Mix Shift Toward AI • AI Digital Labor Solutions revenue leapt to RMB 10.03 million, a 29-fold increase from 2024 and now 1.8% of group turnover. • AI-Augmented Solutions generated RMB 45.73 million, up 70.3%. • Combined AI-related revenue (Digital Labor + Augmented) doubled to RMB 55.76 million, exceeding 10% of total sales for the first time. • Legacy Cloud Contact Center Solutions contributed RMB 461.68 million, a 3.2% rise, while VPC & Other Solutions were flat at RMB 32.25 million.

Operational Metrics • SaaS-model revenue grew 9.1% to RMB 517.44 million, though the client base fell 13.6% to 3,019 as the company focused on higher-value accounts. • Dollar-based net retention stood at 108.4% (2024: 111.2%); customer retention rate was 75.5% (2024: 77.9%). • R&D expenses declined 15.6% to RMB 69.41 million following process optimisation; administrative costs rose 22.8% to RMB 47.68 million. Selling and distribution spending held steady at RMB 111.49 million.

Cash & Balance Sheet • Net cash from operations improved to RMB 42.51 million (2024: RMB 37.11 million). • Cash and cash equivalents totalled RMB 158.62 million at year-end, with no interest-bearing debt. • Capital expenditure remained modest; management confirmed no major new financing plans.

Capital Management • During 2025 and early 2026 the company repurchased 314,000 shares for HK$1.04 million, to be held as treasury shares for potential resale or share-based incentives. • A final dividend of HK$0.10 per share has been proposed, subject to approval at the 28 May 2026 AGM; the record date is 11 June 2026.

Strategic Outlook Management highlighted customer contact centers as prime beneficiaries of large-language-model adoption. The newly launched ZENAVA platform processed over 10 billion daily tokens by year-end and served 120+ enterprise customers, underpinning TI CLOUD’s expansion into outcome-based AI productivity solutions alongside its established SaaS offerings.
