China YuHua Education Corporation Limited (the “Company,” stock code: 6169) has announced changes to its Board of Directors, effective 17 October 2025. According to the disclosure, Ms. Qiu Hongjun resigned from her position as Executive Director, citing the need to devote more time to other commitments. The Board has expressed gratitude for her contributions and confirmed that there is no disagreement or any matter requiring further attention from shareholders.

Ms. Qiu’s departure coincides with the appointment of Ms. Ren Yandan as Executive Director, effective the same date. Ms. Ren, aged 45, joined the Group in April 2005, possesses over two decades of experience in school management, and has been recognized as one of “China’s 100 Outstanding Principals.” She currently serves as the Chairperson of several higher education institutions and acts as Chief Principal for the Group’s primary, secondary, and kindergarten branches. Ms. Ren holds a bachelor’s degree in education obtained in 2004 and recently earned a doctorate in business administration in 2025.

Under her service contract, Ms. Ren will serve for an initial three-year term beginning 17 October 2025, subject to retirement and re-election in accordance with the Company’s governing regulations and rules. She is entitled to discretionary options or awards under any share option or award scheme adopted by the Company. As of this announcement, Ms. Ren directly holds 1,760 shares of the Company and 2,608,800 underlying shares in respect of granted options. The Board, having confirmed that Ms. Ren holds no other major appointments or directorships, has warmly welcomed her to the new role.
