C-MER Medical Holdings Limited has published its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular and proxy form in both English and Chinese on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.cmermedical.com).

Effective immediately, the group has adopted a paperless approach to corporate communications under HKEX Listing Rule 2.07A. All future documents—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be distributed electronically unless shareholders specifically request hard copies.

Shareholders may: 1. Provide a functional email address via a personalised QR code or reply form to receive electronic notifications. 2. Request printed copies free of charge by emailing cmermedical.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

If no valid email address is supplied, shareholders must check the company and HKEXnews websites for non-actionable communications; actionable documents will continue to be sent in print together with a form to capture an email address for future use.
