ZENSUN ENT (00185) announced that the group expects to record a net loss of approximately RMB 460 million to RMB 620 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025, compared to a net loss of approximately RMB 1.6 billion for the six months ended June 30, 2024. Based on information currently available to the board of directors, the board believes that the reduction in net loss during the reporting period was primarily attributable to the following factors: (i) accelerated completion and delivery pace of projects during the reporting period, with a significant year-over-year increase in the delivery of saleable/leasable building area recognized as revenue; and (ii) reduced impairment provisions for the group's property projects.
