Basetrophy Group Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8460) has announced that Executive Director, Co-chairman of the Board, and Authorised Representative Mr. Leung Yat Fai Frankie Keith will step down from all positions effective November 13, 2025. According to the announcement, Mr. Leung is leaving to devote more time to other business commitments and has confirmed having no disagreement with the Board.

Following Mr. Leung’s departure, Executive Director Mr. Chen Ping will assume the role of Co-chairman and also serve as the Authorised Representative, both taking effect on November 13, 2025. In addition, Mr. Lu Jun has been named as an Executive Director of the company, also effective November 13, 2025. Mr. Lu has a three-year service contract with an emolument set at HK$180,000 per annum. He previously held prominent positions, including as the president of marketing at Guangdong Jiangmen Pipibao Tangerine Peel Company Limited and general manager at Anhui Yuanxin Construction Engineering Company Limited from 2012 to 2017.

The announcement underscores that there are no outstanding matters requiring further attention, and the Board extends a welcome to Mr. Lu in his new role.
