GRAND BAOXIN (01293) announced that, as of 28 February 2026, the authorized share capital stood at 5,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, totaling HKD 50.00 million. There was no change in this figure compared to the previous month.

The total number of issued shares also remained unchanged at 2,837,511,429 ordinary shares, with no treasury shares reported. The public float requirement of 25% was met as of the end of the reporting period.

Regarding the share option scheme adopted on 22 November 2011 and granted on 28 March 2018 at an exercise price of HKD 3.256 per share, 44.80 million share options remained outstanding at the end of February 2026, with no new shares issued or treasury shares transferred during the period.
