Alibaba's semiconductor subsidiary, T-Head, has officially launched its high-end artificial intelligence chip, the "Zhenwu 810E," on its website. The chip features fully self-developed hardware and software and is equipped with 96GB of HBM2e memory.

The "Zhenwu 810E" has already been deployed in multiple ten-thousand-card computing clusters on Alibaba Cloud, providing services to more than 400 corporate clients, including State Grid Corporation of China and XPENG Motors.
