ISDN HOLDINGS (01656) announced that 4.8119 million new ordinary shares from the company's share capital have been allocated and issued to participating shareholders who elected to participate in the proposed scrip dividend scheme. Among the 4.8119 million new shares, 2.6268 million shares were allocated and issued to Singapore shareholders, while 2.1851 million new shares were allocated and issued to Hong Kong shareholders.
