Mexan Limited reported a sharp contraction in both authorised and issued share capital for the month ended 31 July 2026, reflecting completion of a 1-for-50 share consolidation approved on 2 July 2026 and effected on 6 July 2026.
• Authorised/registered share capital: The number of authorised shares fell from 3.00 billion to 60.00 million, while par value rose from HKD 0.02 to HKD 1.00 per share. The total authorised capital remained unchanged at HKD 60.00 million.
• Issued shares: Outstanding shares (excluding treasury stock) declined by 1.93 billion during July, dropping 98.0 % from 1.97 billion to 39.33 million. No treasury shares were recorded before or after the consolidation.
• Public float: Despite the sizeable reduction in share count, Mexan confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25 % public-float requirement as at 31 July 2026.
No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity instruments were issued, redeemed or cancelled during the period beyond the capital reorganisation. The company’s authorised capital base remains intact at HKD 60.00 million post-consolidation.
