ES Services (01995) has issued an announcement that, effective September 24, 2026, Mr. Lin Zhong has resigned as an executive director of the company and Ms. Cui Xiaoqing has resigned as a non-executive director of the company, in each case due to their respective other commitments.

Effective September 24, 2026, Mr. Liu Guohong has been appointed as an executive director of the company, and Mr. Ge Ming has been appointed as a non-executive director of the company.

Following his resignation, Mr. Lin Zhong has ceased to serve as chairman of the board. The board is pleased to announce that Mr. Lin Zhubo, the company's current executive director and president, has been appointed as chairman of the board effective September 24, 2026.

Effective September 24, 2026, the compositions of the company's strategy committee, nomination committee and remuneration committee have changed as follows: 1. Following his resignation, Mr. Lin Zhong has ceased to serve as chairman of the strategy committee, chairman of the nomination committee and a member of the remuneration committee; 2. Following her resignation, Ms. Cui Xiaoqing has ceased to serve as a member of the nomination committee; 3. Mr. Lin Zhubo has been appointed as chairman of the strategy committee and chairman of the nomination committee; 4. Mr. Liu Guohong has been appointed as a member of the strategy committee; and 5. Mr. Ge Ming has been appointed as a member of the strategy committee, the remuneration committee and the nomination committee.

Mr. Lin Zhong has ceased to serve as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules and as the authorized representative for accepting service of legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the process agent), effective September 24, 2026.

Effective September 24, 2026, Mr. Lin Zhubo has been appointed as an authorized representative, and Mr. Zheng Chengjie has been appointed as the process agent.
