Prudential plc announced that it bought back 370,360 ordinary shares on Mar, 16 2026 through the London Stock Exchange for cancellation.

The repurchase led to the cancellation of 364,010 shares on the same day, trimming the company’s outstanding share count to 2,531,796,049.

Under the mandate approved on May, 14 2025, Prudential plc is authorised to repurchase up to 262.7 million shares. Including the latest transaction, it has repurchased 75.4 million shares, or about 2.89% of the share base as at the date the mandate was granted.
