Agricultural Bank of China Limited (ABC) released an updated list of directors and their committee roles, effective 31 March 2026. The Board now consists of 14 members, segmented as follows:

• Executive Directors (4): Gu Shu, Wang Zhiheng, Liu Hong and Lin Li. • Independent Non-executive Directors (6): Wu Liansheng, Wang Changyun, Ju Jiandong, Zhuang Yumin, Zhang Qi (張琦) and Wong Pui Sze Priscilla. • Non-executive Directors (4): Zhou Ji, Liu Xiaopeng, Zhang Qi (張奇) and Zhang Hongwu.

The Board oversees seven specialised committees. Key chair and vice-chair positions are distributed as follows:

1. Strategic Planning and Sustainable Development Committee – Chair: Gu Shu 2. County Area Banking Business and Inclusive Finance Development Committee – Chair: Wang Zhiheng 3. Nomination and Remuneration Committee – Chair: Wu Liansheng 4. Audit Committee – Chair: Wang Changyun 5. Risk Management and Consumers’ Interests Protection Committee – Chair: Ju Jiandong 6. Related Party Transactions Management Committee – Chair: Zhuang Yumin 7. Risk Management Committee of Institutions in the United States Regions – Vice-Chair: Liu Xiaopeng

All remaining directors serve as members (M) on various committees, supporting the Bank’s governance, risk oversight and strategic initiatives.
