According to media reports, all employees of Nexperia in China have issued a notice to their clients. The notice states that due to the recent actions by executives at the Dutch headquarters and various decisions by the Dutch government, the company has been actively responding and has made significant progress in resuming supply for urgent client needs. However, the headquarters has suddenly informed that it will no longer pay our salaries, and access to the company’s systems has been completely suspended.

Notice from All Nexperia China Employees to Clients

Dear Global Customers and Partners of Nexperia,

First and foremost, we deeply apologize for the impact caused to you by the actions of executives at our Dutch headquarters and the Dutch government. We sincerely thank you for the support and trust you have given us during this critical time. With your help, we achieved significant progress yesterday and have begun to resume supply for our clients' emergency needs.

However, it is with a heavy heart and deep regret that we must inform you: in the early hours of yesterday, we received a notification from headquarters stating that our salaries will no longer be paid; this morning, access to our company systems was fully interrupted. We find this situation confusing and disappointing.

Our team has always adhered to a "customer first, passionate success" philosophy, dedicated to providing quality services for our clients and actively expanding the market. Unfortunately, we are currently facing relentless pressure that evidently violates legal and ethical standards. The Chinese market has been abandoned by the current European management.
