Frasers Property Hospitality Trust Holdings Pte. Ltd. said on Sep, 30 2025 that it has completed payment of the scheme consideration to entitled stapled securityholders, thereby acquiring all remaining stapled securities of Frasers Hospitality Trust.

With the settlement completed, Frasers Hospitality Trust will be removed from the Singapore Exchange’s official list at 9:00 a.m. on Oct, 6 2025, finalising its privatisation via a trust scheme of arrangement.
