Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited (Conch Cement) has announced a final ordinary cash dividend of RMB 0.61 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Shareholders approved the distribution on 28 May 2026.

The Hong Kong share register will close from 4 June to 10 June 2026. The ex-dividend date is set for 2 June 2026, with the record date fixed on 10 June 2026. Dividend payments are scheduled for 30 June 2026. While the default payment will be in Hong Kong dollars, the exact HKD amount and applicable exchange rate will be disclosed later.

Withholding tax arrangements are as follows: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% corporate income tax. • Mainland resident individual investors (including those using Shanghai-Hong Kong and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect): 20% individual income tax. • Non-resident individual shareholders: 10% individual income tax, subject to treaty benefits where applicable.

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will act as share registrar, with the deadline for lodging transfer documents at 16:30 on 3 June 2026.
