Frasers Centrepoint Trust (J69U) held its annual general meeting on Jan, 23 2026 in Singapore, where unitholders approved every motion on the agenda.

Unitholders adopted the trustee’s report, manager’s statement and the audited financial statements for the year ended Sep, 30 2025.

KPMG LLP was re-appointed as external auditor until the next AGM, with the manager authorised to fix its remuneration.

A mandate empowering the manager to issue new units and grant convertible instruments received 93.71% of votes in favour, while the renewal of the unit buy-back mandate was backed by 99.98% of votes cast.
