On 29 April 2026, China Anchu Energy Storage Group Limited (CN Anchu Energy, 02399) announced the official release of its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular, notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and proxy form (collectively, “Current Corporate Communications”).

The documents are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.chinaanchu2399.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). CN Anchu Energy reiterates its preference for shareholders to access the electronic versions and is encouraging a transition to digital delivery to enhance efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

Registered shareholders may, at no cost, request printed copies of the Current Corporate Communications—and any future corporate materials—in English, Chinese or both languages. Requests should be submitted via the designated Request Form to Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited at 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong, or by emailing a scanned copy to info@fordoo.cn.

The company emphasizes the importance of maintaining a valid email address on file. Shareholders who have not yet provided or need to update their email details are asked to do so using the same Request Form. Without a functional email address, investors will continue to receive physical copies of notices and actionable corporate communications.
