JOY CITY PPT (00207) announced that on October 10, 2025, the company (as borrower) entered into a credit agreement with a group of financial institutions (as lenders) for a term loan credit facility totaling USD 150 million or equivalent in Hong Kong dollars.

The credit facility will be provided in US dollars or equivalent Hong Kong dollars, with an initial maturity of 12 months from the date of the credit agreement, which may be extended to 36 months from the credit agreement date in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement.

The lenders will provide the credit facility to the company through multiple drawdowns in accordance with the terms and conditions of the credit agreement, thereby refinancing all or part of the company's existing debt obligations.
