WAN LEADER (08482) has announced that Mr. Liao Daichun has resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective November 16, 2020, due to his decision to dedicate more time to his other commitments. Mr. Lv Keyi has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, with the appointment taking effect on April 30, 2026. Following Mr. Lv's appointment, he will also serve as an Executive Director, Chairman, and a member of the Board's Nomination Committee. Mr. Wen Xinhui, who currently serves as an Independent Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, as well as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, has been designated as the Lead Independent Non-executive Director, effective April 30, 2026.
