Roma (meta) Group Limited (stock code: 8072) announced a proposal to change its English name to “Langu Company Limited” and adopt the Chinese name “蘭谷股份” in place of its existing Chinese name “羅馬(元宇宙)集團有限公司.” According to the company’s announcement dated 10 November 2025, the proposal is subject to a special resolution at a general meeting and approval by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands.

If approved, the name change will become effective upon its entry into the Cayman Islands companies register. The company intends to update official registrations and filings in both the Cayman Islands and Hong Kong thereafter. Management stated that the initiative aims to align with the group’s future business plans and development strategy. Existing share certificates will remain valid for trading and settlement, and there are no arrangements for free exchange of certificates. The company will issue further announcements once the proposed name change is confirmed and new stock short names are adopted.
