GREEN TEA GROUP (06831) has disclosed its annual financial results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The company reported a revenue of RMB 4.763 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 24.1%. Profit attributable to equity shareholders amounted to RMB 486 million, marking a significant growth of 38.9% compared to the previous year. Basic earnings per share were RMB 0.80, and the board has proposed a final dividend of HKD 0.52 per share.

As of December 31, 2025, the Group's restaurant network comprised 609 establishments. These restaurants are located across the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, all major mainland Chinese cities, 15 emerging first-tier cities, 30 second-tier cities, and 99 third-tier and lower-tier cities. Furthermore, the Group has expanded its operational footprint into international markets, including Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia.
