China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (CRCC) will publish its 2026 Interim Report on 29 August 2026 and hold an online presentation for investors on 2 September 2026, according to an announcement released via the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The investor briefing will run from 15:00 to 16:00 (Beijing time) through the SSE ROADSHOW platform. Senior management—including Chairman Dai Hegen, President Pei Minshan, an independent non-executive director, the chief accountant and the board secretary—will address operating and financial performance for the first half of 2026 and respond to market queries within permitted disclosure limits.

Shareholders and analysts can submit questions in advance from 26 August until 16:00 on 1 September via the “Questions Collection” section of the SSE ROADSHOW website or by emailing ir@crcc.cn. Real-time interaction will be available during the one-hour webcast, and a transcript will be posted on the same platform after the event.

CRCC emphasised that the session aims to provide a comprehensive overview of its interim operating results and financial position. The company’s Board of Directors affirmed the accuracy and completeness of the information contained in the forthcoming interim report and the related presentation.
