ALPHAMAB-B Buys Back 99,000 Shares; Treasury Stock Climbs to 7.22 Million

Alphamab Oncology (ALPHAMAB-B) disclosed that it repurchased 99,000 ordinary shares on 14 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 7.94 to HKD 8.08, with a volume-weighted average price of HKD 8.04, for a total outlay of HKD 0.80 million.

The repurchase reduced the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) by 0.0102% to 967.16 million shares. Concurrently, the treasury-share balance increased to 7.22 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 974.38 million.

The buyback was executed under the mandate approved on 12 June 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 96.85 million shares. To date, 1.35 million shares—0.14% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date—have been repurchased, leaving over 98% of the authorised limit available.

All 99,000 shares repurchased on 14 September are being retained as treasury shares, with no cancellations announced. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or disposals of treasury shares until 14 October 2026.
