Grand Field Group Holdings Limited published its FY-2025 Annual Report together with a circular dated 27 April 2026 that contains the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The English and Chinese versions of both documents are now available on the company website (www.gfghl.com) and on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). Non-registered shareholders may request printed copies at no charge by submitting the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via prepaid mail or email (115-ecom@vistra.com).

Future corporate communications will be distributed electronically whenever shareholders have supplied functional email addresses through their intermediaries. If no valid email or postal address is supplied, no notice of publication will be dispatched.
