Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT) reported that it repurchased 879,600 shares on Dec, 02 2025 under its ongoing share buyback programme approved by the board on Sep, 18 2025.

The shares were bought on the Stock Exchange of Thailand at prices ranging from THB 7.60 to THB 7.70, for a total outlay of about 0.25 million Singapore dollars.

To date, STGT has acquired 43,665,700 shares, equal to 1.52% of its paid-up capital, at a cumulative cost of roughly 11.65 million Singapore dollars. The programme permits the company to repurchase up to 220,000,000 shares, or 7.68% of paid-up capital, through Mar, 20 2026.
