Natural Food International Holding Limited has released a positive profit alert for the six months ended 30 June 2026 (H1 2026). Management expects net profit to reach RMB150 million–RMB160 million, up roughly 40%–50% from RMB107 million recorded in the prior-year period.
The improved earnings outlook is attributed to two main factors:
1. Revenue Expansion • Solid execution of the Group’s business development strategy delivered steady top-line growth, led by a notable increase in offline sales through supermarket counters and shelf businesses.
2. Cost Discipline • Continued rollout of budget and cost-control initiatives contained selling, distribution and administrative expenses, supporting margin expansion.
The figures are based on the Group’s unaudited consolidated management accounts and may be subject to adjustments. Final interim results are scheduled for release by end-August 2026.
Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares pending the formal results announcement.
