Qing Hua Holding Group Company Limited (QINGHUA HOLD) disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return showing the allotment of 9.04 million new ordinary shares on 15 May 2026. The shares were issued to a consultant under strategic cooperation agreements signed on 17 March 2023 at HKD 0.025 per share.
