Zeekr Launches Six Complimentary Services for Spring Festival, Offering Up to 5-Day Hotel Stays for Breakdowns

The 2026 Spring Festival travel season began on February 2. During a recent press conference held by the State Council Information Office, Li Chunlin, Vice Chairman of the National Development and Reform Commission, stated that this year's Spring Festival period is expected to see a record high of 9.5 billion cross-regional trips, with self-driving accounting for approximately 80% of the total. In response to the high frequency of user service demands during this period, luxury new energy vehicle brand Zeekr announced on February 8 that it will launch the "Non-Stop Spring Festival Support" initiative from February 9 to March 3. The program includes six customer-focused commitments: complimentary all-scenario roadside assistance, free at-home tire replacement, free accommodation or transportation during out-of-town repairs, free vehicle delivery after repairs, 24/7 Zeekr butler support, and service supply stations. During the campaign, if customers encounter situations such as vehicle breakdowns, being stranded, or flat tires that prevent safe driving, Zeekr will provide free all-scenario roadside assistance services. These include remote guidance, on-site diagnostics and quick repairs, professional towing, extrication assistance, and support on highways and other special road sections. Customers can request roadside assistance through the Zeekr app or by calling the official hotline at 400-003-6036. In the past, during the Spring Festival holiday, customers often struggled to find repair shops when facing issues like flat tires or abnormal tire pressure. To alleviate such concerns, Zeekr is offering free at-home spare tire replacement within a 30-kilometer radius of Zeekr Home Service Centers. The service includes original rescue spare tires, no-deposit usage, and free pickup after use. Addressing the inconvenience of out-of-town vehicle repairs during holiday travel, Zeekr has introduced two additional measures: "free accommodation or transportation during out-of-town repairs" and "free vehicle delivery after repairs." Specifically, if a customer’s vehicle is towed to a service center due to a quality issue and cannot be repaired on the same day, Zeekr will cover accommodation costs for the driver and passengers for up to five days and three rooms, with a maximum standard of a four-star hotel, if they choose to stay locally. If customers prefer to continue their journey or return home, Zeekr will reimburse one-way second-class train tickets or economy-class flight fares for the driver and passengers. If repairs cannot be completed promptly, Zeekr will also deliver the vehicle to the customer’s home city free of charge. Additionally, during the peak travel period from February 11 to February 13, Zeekr will set up support stations near high-traffic expressway service areas or exits. These stations will offer safety inspections, tire checks, free anti-freeze windshield fluid top-ups, and special Spring Festival gifts to enhance the holiday experience for owners.
