BioDlink International Company Limited (BIODLINK-B) has adopted a new corporate logo effective 11 August 2026. The updated branding will appear on all forthcoming corporate materials—including interim and annual reports, announcements, circulars, notices, share certificates and press releases—and will be displayed on the company’s website (www.biodlink.com).

The board confirmed that the rebranding will not affect shareholder rights, business operations or the company’s financial position. Existing share certificates bearing the former logo remain valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery. No free exchange of old certificates is planned; certificates with the previous logo will continue to be issued until current inventory has been exhausted, after which certificates featuring the new logo will be distributed.

The announcement was authorized by the Board and signed by Chairperson and Executive Director Dr. Jincai Li on 11 August 2026. The Board currently comprises one executive director, one non-executive director and three independent non-executive directors.
